Barbera

The color is an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections.
The ample bouquet has hints of wild berry jam, ripe cherry,
rose, cassis, soil, bark, cinnamon, green pepper, licorice,
incense, and a very slight hint of vanilla stand out. The palate is
juicy, warm, full, and persistent.

Lasagne, risotto with meat, grilled red meats, braised beef meat
with Barbera sauce, mixed boiled meat, spicy cheeses like
Bruss, semi-hard cheeses like Raschera.
