Sauvignon

The nose is explosive and very expressive with notes of blackcurrant buds, broom, and boxwood. In its youth, it may show a more exotic side with notes of lychee. The terroir and minerality remain naturally present. On the palate, the expressiveness continues. The liveliness and freshness are evident but always hint at the wine's delicious character and its notes of lemon, peach, and white-fleshed fruits.

With such freshness, you can easily consider pairing it with a seafood platter, goat cheeses, a Berrichon potato pâté, or even more exotic cuisine like curry.
